Angela's Coaching Process

Getting Started:

Each new coaching relationship begins with an in-depth in-take session to clarify the client's short- and long-term goals, and to gain a better understanding of their specific needs, values and challenges.

Initial Sessions:

The initial interview and following coaching sessions take place either face-to-face or via telephone, depending on geographic location and personal preference.

Frequency:

Most coaching calls are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, for 60 minutes each. During these calls, Angela monitors the client's progress towards their goals, reviews their results and achievements from one call to the next, and aligns herself with the new focus and orientation the client brings to each call.

Contract Length:

The length of a coaching contract varies, but most commonly clients stay engaged for 6-12 months. Angela's shortest coaching contract is 3 months.

Support for Past Clients:

Angela also offers past clients the opportunity to schedule individual, just-in-time coaching calls to provide ongoing support when needed.

Testimonials

"I highly recommend Angela as a professional coach. My organization provided an opportunity to select a personal coach from a wide range of professionals from across Canada. I selected Angela after researching and meeting with a number of very qualified and talented individuals and I’m very pleased to say that after a year of working together, I’m convinced I made the right decision.

Angela offered a thoughtful, caring approach that built a relationship of trust and respect from which she was able to guide our conversations. She did this first by really listening and gaining understanding before she offered her thoughts and advice. Angela is not shy about asking the hard or challenging questions, but her style and approach created an openness and trust that made our conversations both easy and very productive."

"Angela has made the difference between assisting me to establish a good career to stretching me to make it a great career. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is serious about doing the work necessary to take their career up a notch.”
